ServSafe® training will be held March 21-24, 2022 at the N.C. Cooperative Extension Service located at 645 E Palmer St., Raeford. The training will be held at 9am - 3pm, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, the exam will be given on Thursday at 9am - 12pm. ServSafe® Essentials is a food safety certification course developed by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association for food service operators.
The Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association will provide certification. Upon completion, a certificate will be awarded through the National Restaurant Association.
Participants should be able to read and comprehend material written at an eighth grade level. Each participant will be required to read and complete an exam at the end of the training. Foreign language manuals and exams are available.
